OPEN WEEKEND - SATURDAY 3rd AND SUNDAY 4th AUGUST 2002

The Open Weekend, despite inclement weather on the sunday, went extremely well, with over 500 visitors seeing the site at first hand. The event included talks and displays in the exhibition tent, guided tours by Poulton archeaologists, practical Geophysics demonstrations, falconry exhibitions, plus exciting battle re-enactments in a mock medieval village. A great time was had by all!
