27-Jun-2008: Iron Age (?) Bronze (?) Coin We have discovered what we believe to be a late Iron Age bronze coin.
At first we thought the animal was a horse but now we are beginning to wonder. It is looking a bit more "goatish" at the photograph. We are searching the reference books for similar coins but to date, without success. If you can help, contact the Webmaster. We will update this page as and when we can.
